My first lasagna was not a gross watery mess, like how I remember homemade lasagna growing up. I think the key is getting normal noodles you’re supposed to boil, and then just…not. Maybe I’ll at least dip them in water next time. Also: discounted bulk italian sausage with the casing taken off…great addition to the little ground beef I had. :)
Next up, using homemade sauce in the lasagna!
