YUM. I really like the taste of tofu and soy-based fakemeats.
I love tofu but I find the fake meats to be hit or miss. Why pretend? :-) I just thought it was funny that it got translated as cutlets…though I guess hunk/chunk/brick/slab o tofu wasn’t gonna cut it.

Nothing fancy…apparently “Nature’s Soy” from Grand Mart. Two “cutlets” in a vacuum pack. I like it enough!
fun fact
My underwear is inside out. I’ve known since before I left the house this morning. But I was running super late and my stockings/tights were already halfway on (past the giant calves, man) and I decided to leave things be. Seeing as I’m equally too lazy to take off the tights at work (in a bathroom stall? and possibly pull a muscle?) they are still inside out.

Finally got my casserole dish back from my friend. Left it there after pre-thanksgiving when I brought my mashed potatoes over. I never had one before I got one for that dinner…what madness in baked pastas lies ahead?!?!
